Domestic (U.S.) Shippings Rates:

Standard Shipping- Free (5-7 business days)

Priority Shipping- Free (2-3 business days)

Rush shipping/ Order- $140 (1-2 business days)

For domestic shipping we use USPS only. All orders over $500 will require a Signature Confirmation upon delivery. USPS will leave a notice if no one is available to sign for the package. Customer is then responsible to make arrangements for pick up if final attempts to deliver have been made. The customer is responsible for signing for their package.  EBONY & IVORY is not responsible if someone other than yourself signs for your package, or if the package gets lost or stolen.

P.O. BOXES

 EBONY & IVORY currently does not ship out to P.O Boxes.

APO/FPO

Orders can be shipped to APO/FPO military address and are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) only, and will also require signature confirmation upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

EBONY & IVORY ships world wide.  EBONY & IVORY uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for international shipments. International shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. International orders are subject to duties and taxes according to their country of origin.  EBONY & IVORY is not responsible for duties and taxes. At this time we do not offer rush orders delivery for international orders. International shipping rate will cost the buyer $70.00.

SHIPPING DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping or delivery delays. Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address. If a package is stated to be "undelivered" and returned because of an incorrect address supplied by the buyer, the buyer will be help responsible for the re-shipping fee for the item to be ship out. 

Please Note: Once we assign your package to the shipping carrier, the package is no longer in our control and becomes the carriers responsibility. You will need to contact USPS.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To request to perform an exchange must be made within 7 business days from the date of receiving your unit. After 7 days, you will no longer be allowed to exchange your order. Please be advised, we cannot accept used or worn units that has been altered in any way. Items that have been combed, finger combed, brushed, cut, colored, extra hair installed, exposed to odors, cutting off the lace and any other physical alterations will not be accepted and voids the exchange process. Units that are not in pristine condition or without original packaging (hairnet, tags and inserts) Will not be processed for an exchange.

The product can only be exchange for an item of equal to or of greater value (noting you will pay the difference).  Refunds at no time will be permitted. If you are exchanging for a different item of greater value, your previous coupon code will be voided. To request an exchange, please e-mail us at ebonyinez@hotmail.com within 7 days of receipt of order, leaving your order number, the reason for the exchange and a photo of your product for our reference. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

**Exchanges are only given once per item or pre-made unit that has not been tampered with

**Exchanges are shipped out in 10 days once item has been received 

**Pre-made units that need to be resized can take up to 30 days to be shipped out

**Shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as EBONY & IVORY HAIR  STUDIOS will not be held responsible for lost returns.

Restricted Exchanges:

  • Wig accessories (foam heads, clips, satin wraps, etc)

  • Custom Units

  • Items shipped to Canada and international area Final Sale and cannot be exchanged

  • Item returned after the specific time frame WILL NOT be processed for an exchange

  • Frontals and Hair Extensions

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to the nature of the item, all sales are FINAL on custom lace wigs. Please take your measurements and if coloring the hair choose color very carefully. EBONY & IVORY HAIR  STUDIOS hand sews your custom wig according to your exact specifications. Please note, we are not responsible for improper measurements resulting in a unit that does not fit. 

RETURN POLICY

EBONY & IVORY HAIR  STUDIOS believes in excellent customer service while making all unit with love and care. Unfortunately, there are No refunds due to the distinctive custom measurements of the head. All sales are Final. Each custom units are unique for the specified individual and nobody else. Please choose your options and take your measurements carefully. EBONY & IVORY HAIR  STUDIOS is not responsible for improper measurements. If it does not fit due to improper measurements, you may return the unit to be reconstructed (fees will apply). Also, if you are looking for a specific color, please provide the exact color or name of the product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Units cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. This policy is strictly upheld.
